Gianluca has deep financial expertise with over 20 years’ experience in private equity, distressed investing and M&A.
Over the past decade, as co-founder and Managing Partner at Blue Skye Investment group, Gianluca has led numerous successful international special situations and private equity investments, with total investment in excess of $2Bn. He has helped to restructure and rebuild several large European companies. Gianluca is an experienced board director and currently sits on the board of AC Milan SpA, the football club.
Gianluca holds an executive MBA from London Business School and a B.A. in Finance from the Bocconi University in Milan, Italy, where he graduated magna cum laude.
